AI Sales Engineer

NetCom Learning is a leading training provider specializing in cutting-edge technology learning solutions across India, including Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. We partner with global vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Google Cloud, and more to deliver high-quality training programs in AI, Network & Security, and Cloud. We are actively seeking three dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineers to specialize in AI, Network & Security, and Cloud technologies.

The Sales Engineer will be instrumental in connecting technical knowledge with sales strategies, driving business growth by offering deep technical insights, conducting product demonstrations, and illustrating the value of our training solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team for training solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their training requirements and propose optimal solutions.
• Engage with vendor partners, including Microsoft, Cisco, and AWS, to stay abreast of the latest technology trends and certification demands.
• Develop robust technical proposals and contribute to RFP responses.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and curriculum development teams.
• Create strategic Skilling Plans based on client consultations to enhance workforce readiness and align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

• Offer specialized expertise in AI/ML technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and AWS AI services.
• Guide customers on implementing AI-driven automation and optimization strategies.
• Support the execution of Prompt-a-thon workshops and broader AI training initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent Pre-Sales Engineer role within our Sales & Business Development department, categorized under BD / Pre Sales. We welcome applications from candidates with any graduate or postgraduate degree.
