AI Safety Tester (English & Hindi) - Remote Opportunity

Crossing Hurdles is a referral partner collaborating with world-leading AI research labs to develop and train advanced AI models. We are seeking talented individuals to join as an AI Safety Tester.

Position: AI Safety Tester (English & Hindi)
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $13.87 per hour
Location: India (Remote)
Commitment: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time)

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of conversational AI systems using adversarial prompts, misuse cases, and multi-turn manipulation techniques.
• Identify and document AI failures, including instances of bias, misinformation, harmful behavior, or unsafe responses.
• Perform advanced testing such as prompt injection and jailbreaking to uncover model vulnerabilities.
• Annotate AI outputs, classify identified risks, and meticulously document reproducible failure cases.
• Adhere to predefined taxonomies, benchmarks, and testing playbooks to ensure consistent and reliable evaluations.
• Generate clear written reports and structured datasets to contribute to the improvement of AI safety and reliability.
• Engage in asynchronous collaboration with AI researchers and evaluation teams.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Previous experience in AI testing, adversarial analysis, cybersecurity, or risk evaluation is essential.
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to clearly document findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Be comfortable reviewing sensitive AI-generated content (text-based only).
