AI Research Scientist

Join the ZF COE Team in Chennai, India, as an AI Research Scientist and contribute to cutting-edge advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning. You will be responsible for communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including presenting research findings and writing academic papers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct innovative research to develop novel AI/ML methodologies, including Deep Learning (DL) and Reinforcement Learning (RL).
• Design and execute experiments to validate new approaches and compare ML algorithm effectiveness.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and inform the development of new AI techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI algorithms, tools, and theoretical frameworks, focusing on areas like model interpretability and efficient training methods.
• Prototype and explore advanced machine learning models, including deep learning architectures such as CNNs and RNNs.
• Contribute to the development of fundamental algorithms and frameworks applicable to various machine learning problems.

Candidate Profile:

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A Ph.D. is a strong asset.
• 8+ years of experience in research and development with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with distributed computing systems and large-scale data processing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with the invention disclosure process.
• A strong publication record in top machine learning conferences or journals.
