Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive impact through real-world deployments of complex NLP solutions, including search and recommendation systems. You will work across data science, distributed pipelines, model building, and LLM orchestration.
- Experience: 5-10 years in various stages of complex NLP solution development; plus 2+ years specifically in multi-stage ML/AI enterprise applications.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python (preferred) or other OOP languages like Go/C++/Java. Experience with NoSQL DBs, Vector DBs, and Jupyter Notebooks is required. Familiarity with cloud production environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or private clouds is essential.
- Key Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to find creative solutions for real-world challenges; ability to take end-to-end ownership from build to ship. Experience with search frameworks like Elasticsearch, Lucene, and Solr is a strong plus.
