Overview:
Regology is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy for Reggi, their Generative AI conversational assistant. This role involves leading AI product innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions that automate complex regulatory compliance tasks. The ideal candidate is strategic, execution-focused, and possesses deep knowledge of applying LLMs and Generative AI in enterprise settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Product Strategy & Roadmap: Execute the Reggi roadmap, focusing on capabilities like cross-jurisdictional research, automated policy drafting, and regulatory summarization.
- GenAI Innovation: Identify and leverage Generative AI opportunities to solve regulatory problems, moving beyond basic chat to agentic workflows.
- Success Metrics: Track AI-specific metrics (accuracy, citation validity, user trust, latency) and traditional engagement metrics.
- Stakeholder Demos: Showcase new AI capabilities to internal stakeholders and customers.
- AI Development & Execution: Manage the end-to-end AI product development lifecycle using agile methodologies, from model selection and prompt engineering to validation and deployment.
- Accuracy & Hallucination Management: Implement Human-in-the-Loop processes and citation frameworks with engineering to ensure secure, citable answers without hallucinations.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Utilize analytics on user queries and model performance to fine-tune responses and improve context understanding.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all product initiatives adhere to Regology's AI Risk Management Framework (NIST-based) and Responsible AI policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal Research, Content, Data Science, QA, and Knowledge Management teams to validate AI outputs and ensure model utilization of the Smart Law Library and scalable AI queries.
- Leadership & Evangelism: Act as an internal AI champion, educating non-technical teams on Reggi's capabilities and limitations. Foster a collaborative culture that encourages learning in NLP and Generative AI trends.

Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier business school (IIMs, ISB) is highly preferred.
- Proven Product Management experience in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Products.
- Hands-on experience building or managing products powered by LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) or NLP technologies.
- Strong proficiency in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies adapted for AI development.
Skills & Mindset:
- Strategic problem-solving abilities for AI application in complex compliance issues.
- Customer-centric approach to building user-driven solutions.
- Data-driven decision-making and validation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical fluency in discussing RAG and prompt strategies.
Bonus (Preferred):
- Experience in LegalTech, RegTech, or GRC industries.
- Expertise with text search, vector search, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias detection, and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF).
