AI Product Engineer

Fusion Practices is building the next generation of its integration platform, creating custom modules that extend Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP where standard capabilities fall short. These solutions leverage an open-source stack exposed via APIs and are increasingly powered by AI to enable agents to safely reason over enterprise data.

Role:

We seek an AI Product Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building Generative AI / LLM-powered applications. You will enjoy using AI-assisted development tools to rapidly build impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI-powered applications and backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop RAG-based applications utilizing enterprise data with LLMs
• Integrate major LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Meta (Llama), and Google (Gemini)
• Create AI apps using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Supabase, or Oracle Vector Database
• Design and develop robust REST APIs and backend services
• Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into working features
• Contribute to testing, debugging, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI products
