Full Job Description
Build the Next Generation of AI Products as an AI Product Developer in a fully remote role (India). Partner with an innovative technology company investing heavily in AI-driven solutions to transform complex business processes globally. You'll design, develop, and enhance cloud-native AI applications, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX teams to deliver intelligent, scalable software using AI-assisted development tools. Responsibilities include:
- Developing AI-powered product features from concept to production using modern software engineering practices.
- Leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Designing scalable APIs, backend services, and cloud-native applications in an AWS-first environment.
- Contributing to full software development lifecycle—prototyping, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting serverless, event-driven, and containerized architectures with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Troubleshooting production issues and optimizing system performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Engineers) to translate business requirements into solutions.
Ideal candidates have:
- Commercial experience in software engineering, full-stack, or product development.
- Strong expertise in modern programming languages/frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Node.js).
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, databases, and microservices.
- Proven skills in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
- Passion for AI/ML, emerging technologies, and collaborative engineering culture.
