This role focuses on enabling enterprise clients to adopt generative AI solutions, particularly those powered by Google Gemini, acting as a trusted technical advisor. You will lead executive engagements, conduct technical workshops, and clearly translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, driving sales by connecting client challenges with AI solutions. This position is integral to pre-sales engagement and opportunity development, with opportunities for remote work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients adopting Generative AI and Gemini Enterprise solutions.
• Lead AI discovery workshops, executive briefings, and architecture discussions with technical leaders.
• Explain and demonstrate Generative AI functionalities, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Translate complex Generative AI capabilities into clear, actionable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Design and articulate robust enterprise GenAI solution architectures leveraging modern LLM technologies.
• Provide guidance on critical architectural decisions such as RAG versus fine-tuning, AI agents versus prompt-based workflows, and enterprise data integration for LLM applications.
• Identify new use cases and generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to achieve technical wins and influence solution strategies.
• Ensure a seamless handover to delivery teams by precisely defining solution scope and architecture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GenAI advancements, enterprise AI adoption trends, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or technical pre-sales roles engaging enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of AI, VP Engineering), lead technical discussions, and conduct executive workshops.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise AI architectures, including RAG, LLM applications, and AI agents.
• Adept at connecting technical capabilities with real business problems and guiding clients towards practical AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform and AI ecosystems such as Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar.
• A track record of identifying new opportunities within customer accounts and collaborating with sales to expand engagements.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both business and executive audiences.
