Role: AI-Powered Software Developer (Vibe Coding)

Rates

• $32 per hour on W-2 contract
• Visa: USC only

About the Role

We are seeking an AI-Powered Software Developer with 2–3 years of experience. Strong academic, internship, personal, or open-source project experience is highly valued.

Required Skills & Fundamentals

• Strong programming in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, REST APIs, Git, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, Replit AI.

AI & Generative Knowledge

• Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Fundamental knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for tool interaction.
• Experience building GenAI applications like chatbots or workflows via projects.

Technical Requirements

• Affinity for APIs, JSON, web services, and basic architecture.
• Solid Git-based development practices.
• Analytical skills to learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.
• Basic exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience integrating AI apps with enterprise systems or MCP servers.
