As an AI Platform Engineer at Mitchell Martin Inc., you will build and operate the foundational platform enabling scalable, secure AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain robust platform services, APIs, and SDKs tailored for Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) development.
- Implement and optimize end-to-end ML/LLM pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training workflows.
- Integrate complex workflows into production-ready environments, leveraging document retrieval systems and vector databases.
- Develop orchestration components to manage reasoning workflows and memory stores efficiently.
- Deploy predictive models into high-performance serving environments with autoscaling capabilities and comprehensive runtime monitoring.
- Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules to standardize environment creation across teams.
- Enforce strict security and compliance controls aligned with organizational governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, MLOps practices, or platform development.
- Demonstrable proficiency with major cloud service providers and their ecosystems.
- Solid expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Advanced programming skills using a relevant language alongside popular machine learning frameworks.
