AI Platform Engineer

Corebridge Financial (a financial services company) seeks an AI Platform Engineer to lead digital transformation within its Information Technology organization. The role focuses on designing, building, and operating secure, scalable enterprise AI/ML platforms on AWS for generative AI and agentic workloads. Key responsibilities include developing cloud-native solutions using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, enabling GenAI applications via APIs and prompt workflows, creating IaC and CI/CD pipelines, integrating AI with data platforms while ensuring security/governance, building operational monitoring tools, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to translate use cases into scalable engineering solutions. Candidates must have a CS/Data Science degree (entry-level welcome), foundational AWS experience, hands-on Python/AI-ML skills, IaC/CI/CD knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities.
