Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Operations Lead to systematize artificial intelligence within our high-velocity agency environment. You will transition AI from ad-hoc experiments into a dependable, scalable infrastructure that empowers creative and media pods.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring you to build workflows, synthesize complex multi-source data analytics, enforce quality governance on generative outputs, and train internal teams on practical adoption.
You will own the lifecycle of our AI assets: from configuring brand-safe prompt architectures for SEM ads and SEO content, to deploying automated pipelines using Google's Imagen and Veo models. A critical half of this role involves advanced analytics—pulling data across GA4, Meta Ads, Search Console, and internal tools; reconciling attribution discrepancies honestly; and building real-time dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
