About The Role

We are seeking an AI-Native Frontend Engineer who can build and ship high-quality React Native applications while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and execution. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the 0→1 journey for India's premier sports networking platform.

You Will Own:

• Building and shipping features for our React Native mobile application across iOS (TestFlight) and Android (Play Store).
• Taking products from idea to production with full end-to-end ownership, including architecture decisions, implementation, testing, and release cycles.
• Integrating REST APIs, real-time events via WebSockets/Socket.io, and third-party SDKs.
• Maintaining top-tier app performance, reliability, caching strategies (Redux), and user experience through local persistence using WatermelonDB or SQLite.

Your Primary Goal:

Be a key architect in building a real-world sports networking platform from scratch. You will handle ambiguity, drive execution independently, and use AI tools daily to maximize productivity and code quality.

You Should Be:

• Tech Stack Masters: Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Git workflows, and asynchronous programming (Fetch/Axios).
• Offline-First Expertise: Comfortable with data synchronization strategies using WatermelonDB or AsyncStorage.
• Ambassador of AI: Proficient in using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to generate implementation plans, debug effectively, and critically review generated code.

We Prefer Candidates With Experience In:

• EAS Build for Expo workflows (iOS/Android deployment).
• Chat/social/marketplace/community-driven product building.
• n8n automation workflows and basic backend knowledge (Kotlin/Swift familiarity is a plus).
• Performance profiling, analytics integration, and CI/CD pipeline management.
