EY is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Noida, UP, India. Join our team to help clients navigate the complexities of modern data science and analytics. You will provide expert advice on designing, implementing, stabilizing, and optimizing internal controls using cutting-edge AI & Big Data technologies.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, your key responsibilities will include building and leveraging Gen AI & Big Data platforms to deliver insights for comprehensive Risk & Controls monitoring mechanisms. You will create high-quality executive reporting, proposals, and marketing materials. Your expertise will be crucial in solving intricate technical challenges related to the design and development of next-generation AI & Data led Risk technology platforms.

Skills and Accountabilities include developing robust AI/ML models for enhanced decision-making, strong technical knowledge of Big Data Platforms, AI technologies (LLMs, Vector Databases), DevOps, and full-stack development. You will lead the design and development of bespoke machine learning algorithms, use predictive modeling for customer experience optimization, and demonstrate a good understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, GenAI, and deep learning techniques. Experience with advanced ML techniques (SVM, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting), ethical AI guidelines, data governance, and Prompt Engineering for workflow orchestration using Python, Airflow, and Terraform is essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying updated with AI advancements, and maintaining/improving existing AI/ML architectures are also key. You should possess intellectual strength to resolve complex problems and a willingness to learn and apply new AI technologies.

To qualify, you must have 4+ years of experience in Large Scale AI/ML models and data science. You need a deep understanding of statistics, AI/ML algorithms, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is required. Expertise in machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques (SVM, Decision Trees, Deep Learning Algorithms), implementing monitoring and logging tools, strong Python programming skills (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy), and experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Git are necessary. Automation skills using Python scripting and advanced technologies like Databricks, Synapse, ML, AI, ADF, along with understanding Git, JIRA, Change/Release management, CI/CD Azure DevOps, and SharePoint are important. Familiarity with Large Enterprise Applications like SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics is also expected.

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, Data Science, or related disciplines. Relevant certifications are a plus.
