Project Role: Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead in Pune, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications, serving as the main point of contact. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to achieve project objectives, resolving challenges through facilitated discussions, and guiding your development team. You will also participate in strategic planning to improve application performance and user experience, ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team for optimal performance.
• Make key decisions impacting the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decisions.
• Provide solutions to immediate team and cross-team issues.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to enhance team skills.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Experience in Account Payable (AP) processes and integration with MM modules.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with SAP module integration.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Minimum Experience: 7.5 years of experience required. Note: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in SAP FI CO Finance.

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is required.
