About The Role

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact for projects. You will collaborate with various teams to achieve project objectives, facilitate discussions to resolve challenges, and guide your team through the development lifecycle. Strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience will be integral to your role, ensuring stakeholder alignment with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team for optimal performance.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across other teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to build team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Experience in Account Payable (AP) processes and integration with MM modules.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with SAP module integration.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Additional Information

The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in SAP FI CO Finance. This position is located in Hyderabad. A total of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
