Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary

As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, acting as the main liaison for project initiatives. Your daily activities will include close collaboration with various teams to achieve project milestones, leading discussions to resolve challenges, and guiding your team through the entire development lifecycle. You will also be involved in strategic planning and crucial decision-making processes aimed at improving application functionality and user satisfaction, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders with project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance.
• Responsible for making team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for both your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to foster team growth and capability.
• Monitor project progress diligently and implement necessary adjustments to meet critical deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Experience in Account Payable (AP) processes and integration with MM modules.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with the integration of SAP modules.
• Familiarity with established project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information

• The candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in SAP FI CO Finance.
• This position is based in Hyderabad.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
