AI / ML Engineer

As an Application Lead at Accenture, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact for projects. Your responsibilities include fostering collaboration across diverse teams to achieve project milestones, facilitating discussions to overcome challenges, and guiding your team through the entire development lifecycle. You will also play a crucial role in strategic planning and decision-making processes aimed at optimizing application performance and user experience, ensuring alignment with project objectives for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Manage and guide the team to ensure optimal performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making.
• Provide effective solutions to immediate team and cross-team issues.
• Organize and lead training and knowledge sharing initiatives to elevate team capabilities.
• Oversee project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Demonstrated experience with Account Payable (AP) processes and integration with MM modules.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in integrating various SAP modules.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Aptitude for efficiently troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Additional Information:

• Minimum of 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of specific experience in SAP FI CO Finance is necessary.
• This role is based in Hyderabad.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
