AI / ML Engineer at Accenture in Pune

Accenture is seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer to join their team in Pune. This role involves developing applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools, including cloud AI services and on-premise application pipelines, with a focus on production-ready quality. A key aspect of this position is the application of Generative AI (GenAI) models as part of solutions, which may also encompass deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You will be expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing a team, and taking responsibility for team decisions. Engagement with multiple teams and contribution to key decisions across projects will be integral to the role. You will be responsible for providing solutions to complex problems, both within your immediate team and across broader organizational units. Facilitating knowledge sharing and mentorship to enhance team performance, alongside continuous evaluation and improvement of existing processes and systems for optimal efficiency, are also key responsibilities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based AI services and their integration.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
