Project Role: AI / ML Engineer

Project Role Description: Develops and deploys applications and systems leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Cloud AI services. This includes building production-ready application pipelines, whether on-premises or in the cloud. A key aspect of this role is the application of Generative AI (GenAI) models as part of solution development. Responsibilities may extend to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage teams to achieve project goals.
• Take ownership of team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide solutions to complex problems, both for the immediate team and across various teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge enhancement.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and associated tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI applications.

Additional Information

• The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Large Language Models.
• This position is based in our Pune office.
• A full-time education spanning 15 years is a mandatory requirement.
