About The Role
Project Role: AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description: Develops and deploys advanced applications and systems leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Cloud AI services. This role involves creating robust, production-ready application pipelines, deployable on cloud or on-premises environments. The engineer will be responsible for integrating Generative AI (GenAI) models into solutions, which may also encompass deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing techniques. The role requires a strong foundation in Machine Learning as a must-have skill.
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.

This pivotal role focuses on developing autonomous, goal-driven AI systems capable of sophisticated reasoning, planning, and interaction within complex environments. We are looking for a thought leader passionate about exploring and extending the frontiers of intelligent agents.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead research and development in agentic architectures, autonomous agents, including planning, memory, tool use, self-reflection, human-agent collaboration, and model/agent drift detection.
- Design and prototype autonomous agents for diverse real-world applications, such as enterprise automation, advanced digital assistants, and autonomous healthcare agents.
- Collaborate with solutioning, delivery, and engineering teams to integrate agentic capabilities into scalable, cross-industry systems.
- Partner with the Responsible AI team to embed ethical policies into solutions.
- Engage with the consulting team to provide deep technical AI expertise and collaborate with academic and industry partners to advance research boundaries.
- Publish and present innovative research findings at top AI conferences and venues.
- Cultivate a strong AI talent pipeline and foster a culture of continuous learning within the practice and organization. Mentor a team of researchers and engineers.
- Support client engagements by providing consulting and solutioning for complex client problems, utilizing niche AI skills and advanced internal/external frameworks and accelerators.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application within agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar.
- Proven track record of innovation, research, and publications in AI.
