Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge applications and systems that harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will work with cloud AI services and on-premise solutions, ensuring production-ready quality for all your implementations.
Your responsibilities will include applying Generative AI (GenAI) models as part of innovative solutions, which may extend to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and contribute to key decisions. Mentoring junior team members and continuously evaluating and improving existing AI models and systems will also be part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML applications and systems.
- Apply GenAI models and explore technologies like deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.
- Ensure production-ready quality for cloud or on-premise solutions.
- Collaborate with and manage teams to achieve project goals.
- Make and contribute to team decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI models and systems.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI solution deployment.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a specific emphasis on Large Language Models.
