AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agent-based systems and advanced machine learning solutions. This role combines technical expertise with product-focused innovation to deliver scalable AI capabilities for next-generation enterprise applications.

• Strategy and Execution: Design and optimise AI/ML models aligned with business goals; execute technical roadmaps into actionable engineering tasks; collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business teams on AI-driven features; stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance product performance.
• AI Agent Development: Architect autonomous agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs); build systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI; design multi-agent collaboration frameworks for complex workflows.
• Integration and Scalability: Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs and databases; optimise performance, reliability, and scalability; apply MLOps best practices in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Innovation and Governance: Track trends in Generative AI and multi-modal architectures; promote Responsible AI frameworks ensuring fairness and transparency.

Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of experience. Strong Python expertise (LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch preferred). Proven track record deploying ML models at scale. Solid understanding of multi-agent architectures and NLP. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and open-source contributions is a plus.
