AI / ML Engineer

Accenture is seeking a talented AI / ML Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge applications and systems that leverage advanced artificial intelligence tools and cloud AI services. You will be responsible for building production-ready application pipelines, integrating both cloud and on-premise solutions. A key aspect of this role involves the application of Generative AI (GenAI) models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

You will be expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing the team, and taking responsibility for team decisions. This role involves engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key strategic decisions, providing solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across other departments. Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions is crucial for enhancing team capabilities and fostering a continuous learning environment. You will also be responsible for evaluating and implementing best practices in AI and machine learning to optimize project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in AI/ML development.
• Make critical team decisions and contribute to cross-functional decision-making.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications and systems.
• Integrate Generative AI models into solutions.
• Work with deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing technologies.
• Ensure production-ready quality of deployed applications.
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI applications.

Minimum Experience Required: 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models.

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.
