AI / ML Engineer - Accenture, Mumbai

Accenture is seeking a skilled AI / ML Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge applications and systems that leverage advanced AI tools and Cloud AI services. You will ensure production-ready quality within cloud or on-prem application pipelines and apply Generative AI (GenAI) models as part of comprehensive solutions. This position involves working with technologies such as deep learning, neural networks, and chatbots, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop CCAI applications and systems utilizing Google Cloud Machine Learning Services, Dialogflow CX, and Agent Assist.
• Develop and implement robust chatbot solutions that seamlessly integrate with CCAI and other Cloud services.
• Integrate Dialogflow agents with various platforms, including Google Assistant, Facebook Messenger, Slack, and websites.
• Gain hands-on experience with IVR integration and telephony systems such as Twilio, Genesys, and Avaya.
• Integrate with IVR systems and demonstrate proficiency in webhook setup and API integration.
• Develop Dialogflow CX components, including flows, pages, webhooks, and playbooks, and integrate tools into these playbooks.
• Create agents in Agent Builder and integrate them into end-to-end pipelines using Python.
• Apply GenAI models, specifically using Vertex AI, for solutions involving deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.
• Utilize Google Vertex AI for building, training, and deploying custom AI models to enhance chatbot capabilities.
• Implement and integrate backend services using Google Cloud Functions or other APIs to effectively fulfill user queries and actions.
• Document technical designs, processes, and setup for various integrations.
• Work with programming languages such as Python and Node.js.

Required Skills:

• Must have hands-on experience with CCAI/Dialogflow CX and a strong understanding of Generative AI.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with Google Cloud Machine Learning Services.
• Cloud Data Architecture.
• Cloud ML/PCA/PDE Certification.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with chatbot and generative AI models, including prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud or on-prem application pipelines ensuring production-ready quality.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Google Cloud Machine Learning Services, Gen AI, Vertex AI, or CCAI.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
