Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer (5-8 years) for a remote position based in India, working on cutting-edge projects involving communication and language learning technologies to empower people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build software systems integrating AI/ML techniques to automate tasks and enhance user experience.
• Create intelligent solutions such as chatbots, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, memory agents, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Fine-tune language models and manage embeddings for external user interactions.
• Develop rigorous testing and evaluation pipelines to ensure system accuracy, latency optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate on system architecture, containerization strategies, and technical decision-making for data processing workflows.
