AI / ML Engineer

About the Role

As an AI / ML Engineer at Accenture in Hyderabad, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced applications and systems powered by Artificial Intelligence. Your expertise will be applied to cloud-based AI services and on-premise solutions, ensuring production-ready quality through robust application pipelines. This role involves leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing techniques to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and fine-tune generative AI models to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business problems, formulate hypotheses, and validate them using data.
• Define AI project requirements and objectives in alignment with overall business goals.
• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and identify integration opportunities.
• Optimize existing generative AI models for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Design and develop prompt engineering strategies and techniques to maximize the performance and output of GenAI models.
• Implement cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and prompt engineering methodologies.
• Determine effective prompt generation processes and approaches to foster innovation in AI technology.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and developers.
• Gain experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Proficiency in handling various data formats and sources, particularly for conversational AI applications (Speech and Voice).
• Prior statistical modeling experience is beneficial.
• Demonstrate experience with deep learning algorithms and neural networks.
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.

Required Skills:

• Solid experience in developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques like GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required. A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 7.5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
