About the AI / ML Engineer Role at Accenture in Hyderabad

Accenture is seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on developing advanced applications and systems leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools, including cloud AI services and on-premise solutions. You will be instrumental in building production-ready pipelines and applying Generative AI (GenAI) models as part of comprehensive solutions. Your expertise may extend to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize generative AI models to derive actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, develop hypotheses, and test them using data.
• Define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, identifying integration opportunities.
• Optimize existing generative AI models for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout AI development lifecycles.
• Lead the design and development of prompt engineering strategies to maximize the performance and output of GenAI models.
• Implement cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and prompt engineering methodologies.
• Determine effective prompt generation processes and approaches to drive innovation in AI technology.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to advance AI capabilities.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in handling diverse data formats and sources, particularly in Omni Channel for Speech and voice applications within conversational AI.
• Prior statistical modeling experience is beneficial.
• Demonstrable experience with deep learning algorithms and neural networks.
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Solid experience in developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques (e.g., GPT, VAE, GANs).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools (e.g., SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Additional Information:

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required. A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
