Full Job Description
TaskUs India is seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer with 2 to 3 years of Python experience to develop innovative products using AI, NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with proven experience in building scalable and reliable AI solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models for complex business challenges leveraging AI, NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.
- Create and implement algorithms for data processing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of AI and Machine Learning Engineers.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable products.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI-based products utilizing NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, Python, FastAPI, and Generative AI Prompting.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing AI/ML engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AWS AI Services is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a creative and critical thinking approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical details to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management.
- Passion for using AI to build cutting-edge products.
