AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer (3-7 years experience) in Bangalore for Neoqubit's Healthcare team. This full-time role focuses on building GenAI/ML solutions for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), claims processing, and medical coding within strict HIPAA compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI/GenAI applications for healthcare data workflows using Python, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and vector databases.
• Integrate enterprise models (OpenAI GPT-4o, Mistral, Gemini) with Azure AI services to optimize billing, denial management, and eligibility verification.
• Develop semantic search pipelines for healthcare documents like EOBs and claims using ICD-10 CPT/HCPCS codes.
• Ensure data security through robust HIPAA adherence and PHI handling protocols.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Azure Cloud Functions, Logic Apps, SQL, and NoSQL (Cosmos DB).
• Demonstrated experience with EHR/EMR systems like EPIC and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7 preferred).
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions from POC to go-live in regulated environments.
