AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer (5-6 years) based in Bangalore, Lucknow, or Pune to join our team at UsefulBI. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python and machine learning ecosystems including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, train, optimize, and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop advanced NLP, deep learning models, and predictive solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact AI-driven applications such as chatbots and GenAI-powered tools.
• Troubleshoot model performance issues and implement MLOps best practices for sustainable deployment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, or deep learning with a strong grasp of statistics and algorithms.
• Solid understanding of API integration, database management, and large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with cloud strategies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalable deployment concepts.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and orchestrating GenAI workflows.
