Ai Ml Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Delhi/NCR, Noida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure AI, particularly in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. This includes a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), semantic search, Azure Prompt Flow, embedding strategies, hybrid search, and grounding. You should be proficient in model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs. Familiarity with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API is essential. Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or application hosting is required. You will also work with Azure Document Intelligence for model selection and table extraction fidelity, and Databricks/ML Flow for experiment tracking, lineage, and analytics endpoints. Front-end skills in Angular are beneficial for developing search facets, trend analysis, and performance tuning. Proficiency in Python for document parsing, Q&A extraction, telemetry, and secure access is necessary. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD practices for ML (MLflow, DVC) is also a key requirement. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining and fine-tuning LLM and RAG pipelines, including model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
