About the Role

As an AI / ML Engineer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge applications and systems leveraging advanced AI tools and cloud AI services. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing production-ready application pipelines, ensuring high quality and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to apply Generative AI models as part of innovative solutions, along with expertise in deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Project Role: AI / ML Engineer

This role involves developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services. You will work with cloud or on-prem application pipelines, ensuring production-ready quality. A key aspect of this role is applying Generative AI models, alongside other advanced AI techniques like deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI/ML.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions and strategic direction.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to complex problems, both within your immediate team and across broader organizational units.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge enhancement.
• Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes and workflows to drive improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Computer Vision is essential.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• A strong understanding of image processing techniques and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their associated AI deployment services.
• The ability to implement and optimize neural networks for diverse applications.

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Computer Vision is required.
• This position is based in our Bengaluru office.
• A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory qualification.
