AI / ML Engineer - Bengaluru

Accenture is seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves developing and deploying applications and systems that leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools and cloud AI services. You will be responsible for creating production-ready solutions with a strong focus on quality.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to apply Generative AI (GenAI) models as part of broader solutions. This may also encompass expertise in deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. You will engage in the design and implementation of these advanced technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to drive project execution.
• Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to critical strategic choices.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams to influence and make key decisions.
• Provide innovative solutions to immediate team challenges and across broader organizational units.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members to foster collective growth and performance.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Python programming language.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Large Language Models.
• A minimum of 3 years of overall experience is required.
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
