AI/ ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Prompt Engineer with strong Python skills to join our team. This role involves developing applications that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), crafting effective prompts, and integrating LLMs into business processes. You will be instrumental in defining how AI is applied across our product portfolio and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve optimal outputs.
• Build Python applications and scripts that integrate with LLM APIs and other AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to identify opportunities and develop AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze model performance, identify limitations, and enhance prompt strategies for improved accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to assess LLM effectiveness in practical applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries, methodologies, and integration workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, including data handling, API integration, and scripting.
• Proven experience in writing and optimizing prompts for LLMs such as GPT and Claude.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and generative AI capabilities and limitations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
