AI Integration Engineer

About this role:

We are seeking an AI Integration Engineer to design production-minded AI workflows with useful guardrails, traceable outputs, and clear operating value. You will integrate model capabilities into real workflows rather than isolated demos. The focus is on dependable orchestration, evaluation loops, review processes, and practical interfaces that help teams use automation with confidence.

• Build LLM-powered workflows, retrieval layers, and product surfaces oriented toward reviews.
• Define evaluation criteria and monitor behavior across real operating scenarios to ensure reliability.
• Connect AI capabilities directly to existing APIs, databases, and business workflows.
• Document system limits, failure states, and human review requirements clearly for safety and clarity.

About you:

You bring production software experience with Node.js or Python in API-driven systems. You have practical experience integrating LLM APIs, embeddings, or retrieval workflows. Your understanding of evaluation metrics, observability practices, and safe fallback behavior is essential. Possessing a product mindset where automation must improve real decisions or workflows is key.

• Experience with vector databases such as AWS Bedrock or agent orchestration patterns will be helpful extras.
• Familiarity with data privacy principles and permission-sensitive applications is advantageous.
