Mission

Role Description: AI Growth Engineer Intern

The AI Growth Engineer intern will help design, build, and iterate on AI-driven features that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This remote internship role involves experimenting with growth-focused algorithms, integrating AI models into the product, building fun features (starting with Fun zone games, leaderboards, and matchmaking), and analyzing behavioral data to identify patterns that drive network effects.

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Prototyping features using AI
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ship improvements
• Running A/B tests on user journeys (for example, which first game turns a new member into an active one)

The intern will also document technical approaches, monitor performance metrics, and contribute ideas on how "Second Brains" can better connect people, play alongside them, and surface valuable insights. This role offers hands-on experience with applied AI in a fast-paced startup focused on building the social networks of the next decade.
