AI Framework Consultant

About the Job

We are seeking an AI Framework Consultant (Senior/Architect-Level) for a Part-Time / Consulting role with flexible time commitment in Remote/Hybrid work modes.

Role Overview:

You will design and establish a reusable AI-enabled software development framework adaptable across existing and future projects. The focus is integrating AI throughout the SDLC—from requirements to deployment—while maintaining human oversight via Human Layer/Human-in-the-Loop methodologies, BMAD approaches, and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, reusable AI-enabled development frameworks for multi-project adoption.
• Establish AI-assisted workflows across requirements, architecture, code review, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Implement BMAD or comparable spec-driven/AI-native development approaches.
• Create Human Layer/Human-in-the-Loop checkpoints for critical decisions like security and production changes.
• Build/optimize AI agents and agentic workflows for engineering automation.
• Integrate modern tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Azure AI, MCP-based solutions.
• Define standards for context/prompt management, governance, responsible AI usage, security, and testing.
• Develop reusable assets (templates, prompts, agents, playbooks) and mentor teams on AI-augmented practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong background in Software/Solution Architecture.
• Experience designing development frameworks or engineering accelerators.
• Hands-on expertise with BMAD or similar AI-driven methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Human Layer/Human-in-the-Loop and agentic AI workflows.
• Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc., and MCP integrations.
• Mastery of context/prompt engineering, code generation/testing via AI, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.
