Role: Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer_Agentic AI to join our team in Bangalore, India (Greater Bengaluru Area). Capco is a Wipro company and a global technology and management consulting firm recognized for deep transformation execution across banking, financial services, insurance, wealth management, and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable Python applications focused on GenAI and foundation models (LLMs, multimodal models).
• Learn and apply techniques like document chunking, embeddings, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Lead the implementation of intelligent autonomous agents and multi-agent systems capable of complex decision-making.
• Utilize agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and Crew AI to build robust AI agents.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions for standardized data access.
• Design full-stack applications integrating generative AI with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
• Deploy and optimize workloads on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) following LLMOps/MLOps best practices.

Tech Stack:

Snowflake Cortex is a big plus. Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). Knowledge of React/Angular/Vue.js for front-end; Python/Node.js/Go for back-end.
