Full Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) powered agents capable of managing complex, multi-step workflows within the healthcare sector.
- Architect agentic systems that can reason autonomously, utilize external tools, execute actions, and intelligently determine when human intervention is required for handoff.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks and monitoring infrastructure to continuously measure AI model quality and proactively prevent performance regressions in production environments.
- Construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that ensure agents operate with accurate, up-to-date, and reliable knowledge bases tailored for their specific domains.
- Engineer advanced AI-powered copilots and internal utility tools designed to significantly boost the efficiency of healthcare teams.
- Leverage real-world production feedback, performance metrics, and user behavior data to iteratively improve underlying AI systems and models.
- Collaborate directly with founding partners to define strategic AI roadmaps and establish scalable technical architectures that drive company growth.
