AI Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer at Pruent Technologies to develop and deploy advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions specifically for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) use cases. You will build end-to-end ML pipelines leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval techniques, and document intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models for claim outcomes, denial classification, next best actions, clinical appeal summarization, and workflow optimization using Python frameworks like TensorFlow and scikit-learn on Azure Databricks.
• Construct robust end-to-end ML pipelines covering feature engineering, training, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and monitoring with MLOps best practices including MLflow.
• Apply advanced techniques in Agentic AI (LangChain), RAG, prompt engineering, and document intelligence to solve operational challenges.
• Translate business requirements into measurable model objectives and data specifications.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and insights within healthcare datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers to ensure scalable deployment on Azure platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Maintain proficiency in emerging AI technologies to propose enhancements for Provider Engineering platforms.
