AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to develop and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions focused on revenue cycle management (RCM). You will partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, optimization, and innovation in our ML/AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models for RCM use cases including claim outcome prediction, denials classification, next best action recommendations, clinical appeal summarization, and workflow optimization.
• Build robust end-to-end ML pipelines covering feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and continuous monitoring.
• Leverage advanced techniques in Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval augmentation generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and document intelligence.
• Translate operational and product requirements into measurable objectives, data specifications, and evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable business insights.
• Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, reproducibility, feature stores, and drift monitoring within Azure Databricks environments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure high-quality features and scalable deployment on enterprise platforms like Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
• Promote emerging AI technologies by proposing enhancements that add value to Provider Engineering platforms.
