Full Job Description
We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer (1–3 years of experience) to join our client company—a VC-backed Business Intelligence startup with $3.35M USD in funding. This role offers up to 20LPA and access to multiple remote/onsite interview opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision
- Researching, prototyping, and evaluating state-of-the-art AI models and architectures
- Building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and integrating AI models into customer-facing products
- Collaborating with engineers and product teams to embed AI capabilities into platforms
- Optimizing AI models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in production
- Staying updated with advancements in Generative AI, foundation models, and applied AI frameworks
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Experience: 1–3 years in building and deploying AI applications
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and ML libraries
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning foundation models, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS)
