AI Engineer Trainer

Niht Infosolution is seeking an experienced AI Engineer Trainer/Faculty to join their team in Kolkata, India. This role requires at least one year of experience in the IT sector, with a strong emphasis on full-stack development, particularly on the backend. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), demonstrating the ability to conceptualize, build, deploy, and clearly explain real-world AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical training in AI, full-stack development (with a backend focus), and automation techniques.
• Illustrate complex concepts through live demonstrations, relevant use cases, and project-based learning.
• Contribute to the development of scalable AI-driven backend systems.
• Ensure training sessions are practical, aligned with industry standards, and highly engaging for participants.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT, AI, or full-stack development, with a specialization in backend technologies.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI and backend projects is highly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to teach and articulate technical subjects with clarity.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency as a full-stack developer with strong backend expertise, utilizing technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in version control using GitHub.
• Familiarity with database systems including MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• A solid understanding of backend architecture principles and system design.
• Experience with deployment processes in cloud or server environments.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• A strong grasp of fundamental Machine Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow design.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Google AI Studio, Codex, or Claude Code.
• Capability to develop AI-integrated backend systems.
