Role Summary

The AI Engineer will be instrumental in the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies within a corporate setting. This encompasses the creation of automation workflows, AI agents, and other sophisticated AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of AI concepts, including Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), is proficient with leading AI frameworks and tools, and has hands-on experience working with large datasets. Furthermore, this role requires a proven ability to apply AI to solve practical business challenges, addressing real-world issues such as scalability and performance. The AI Engineer will foster close collaboration with various operational teams to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of AI solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and solutions to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and business analysts to identify opportunities and deliver desired business outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI agents and solutions to ensure they align with evolving business needs.
• Develop and conduct training sessions, along with creating comprehensive documentation, to educate business units on the effective use of AI tools.
• Evaluate and implement new AI tools and technologies to enhance our existing AI capabilities and agent platform.
• Uphold strict compliance with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in developing and deploying business solutions that incorporate AI technology.
• Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, and React.
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations pertinent to AI applications.

Nice To Have

• Experience working within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of business process automation and optimization techniques.
• Relevant certifications in AI or related technological fields.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
