AI Engineer

About This Role

Skyryse is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate advanced AI assistants for critical aerospace applications. The successful candidate will lead generative AI and NLP research, architecting intelligent agents and locally hosted solutions while evaluating LLMs.

• Conduct cutting-edge generative AI and NLP research in a collaborative environment
• Design new agent architectures to optimize end-to-end performance of AI workflows for aerospace use cases
• Develop high-fidelity, application-specific AI applications capable of local hosting
• Execute rigorous data engineering tasks to curate datasets for LLM pre-training, fine-tuning, and RAG implementation
• Evaluate experiments on various NLP benchmarks to improve model performance

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering) with 3+ years of professional experience is required. Proficiency in Natural Language Processing and Digital Signal Processing is essential.
