AI Engineer

Zycus is seeking an innovative and hands-on AI Analyst to drive the experimentation and implementation of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) tools, particularly focusing on agentic tools, within our post-sales operations. This hybrid strategist and builder role is ideal for individuals adept at transforming inefficient workflows into scalable, AI-driven solutions. Collaborating directly with our North American Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you will be instrumental in accelerating AI adoption across our implementation, support, customer success, and expansion teams in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping: Maintain a dynamic 90-day backlog of AI-driven ideas, informed by regular assessments of friction points within support, implementation, and customer success functions.
• Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation: Develop quick Proofs of Concept (POCs), such as a support triage bot or a churn risk analyzer, utilizing low-code tools, Python, or notebooks, aiming for at least one prototype per quarter.
• Pilot Deployment & Iteration: Initiate and oversee pilot programs with internal teams, meticulously collecting usage data and refining solutions based on user feedback and projected Return on Investment (ROI).
• Learning & Internal Evangelism: Stay abreast of the latest AI tools and techniques. Lead internal demonstrations, contribute to blog posts, or conduct training sessions for post-sales teams on a monthly basis.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create concise technical documentation, prompt libraries, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate the seamless hardening of successful pilots by Engineering or IT teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Global Delivery and US stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and facilitate the successful adoption of AI solutions.
