What You'll Do:

• Develop, refine, and utilize ML engineering platforms and components.
• Scale machine learning algorithms for massive datasets and stringent service level agreements (SLAs).
• Construct and orchestrate model pipelines, encompassing feature engineering, inferencing, and continuous model training.
• Implement MLOps practices, including model KPI measurement, tracking, model drift monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to grasp high-level business context and contribute to technical requirement gathering.
• Implement fundamental features in alignment with technical specifications.
• Write production-ready, easily testable code that is understandable by other developers and accounts for edge cases and errors.
• Ensure the highest quality of deliverables by adhering to architectural/design guidelines, coding best practices, and participating in periodic design/code reviews.
• Write unit tests and higher-level tests to handle expected edge cases and errors gracefully, alongside successful scenarios.
• Utilize tools such as bug tracking, code review, and version control for work organization and delivery.
• Participate actively in scrum calls and agile ceremonies, communicating work progress, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Consistently contribute to the research and evaluation of the latest architecture patterns and technologies through rapid learning, conducting proof-of-concepts, and developing prototype solutions.

What You'll Bring

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ML development.
• A solid understanding of core machine learning fundamentals.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, PySpark/Scala.
• Expertise in developing high-performance and scalable ML models.
• Experience implementing feature engineering, inferencing pipelines, and real-time model predictions.
• Experience with MLOps for measuring and tracking model performance, including familiarity with MLFlow.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or others.
• Experience with ML platforms such as SageMaker, Kubeflow.
• Familiarity with pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Experience deploying models to cloud services including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Azure ML.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of fundamental Computer Science concepts, including common data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams comprising different backgrounds, expertise, and functions.
• Fluency in English.
