AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate AI Engineer to join our team in engaging with data science, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), large language model (LLM) projects, and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust data models using deep learning, NLP, GenAI, LangChain, LLMs (such as LLAMA, OpenAI, GPT-based solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Data Engineering: Manage end-to-end data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data warehousing strategies.
• Coding & Development: Utilize Python libraries for advanced programming tasks. Handle comprehensive data collection, management, cleaning, and transformation workflows.
• Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations using BI tools including Power BI, Kibana, Grafana, and Looker Studio.
• Databases: Work with diverse database technologies such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, Dgraph, Supabase, Bigquery, VectorDB, and SQL.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage major cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, Azure, Linode, and Heroku to build scalable solutions.

Technical Skills Required

Programming: Strong command of Python and TypeScript or JavaScript.
Data & APIs: Experience building and consuming REST APIs, working with SQL, and handling messy enterprise databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, S3).
Infrastructure: Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Applied AI Expertise

• Large Language Models (LLMs): Hands-on experience calling model APIs, prompt engineering, and managing structured outputs.
  Advanced AI Systems: Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, agent orchestration, and evaluation suites.

Soft Skills & Business Acumen

You must possess strong problem-solving abilities to work directly with non-technical clients, translating vague business problems into working technical solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining complex trade-offs to stakeholders. We value high ownership—taking projects from the first prototype through stable production deployment within customer environments.
