Ai Engineer

Adsparkx is seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a focus on Generative AI to join our innovative team in Gurugram, India. This role involves the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models, particularly in generative applications that drive creativity and automation. The ideal candidate will manage the full AI/ML model lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to training, validation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring. Collaboration with data engineers, software developers, and product managers is crucial for seamless integration of AI into Adsparkx's products and solutions. Continuous optimization of models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency is expected, alongside staying abreast of emerging AI technologies and research. Maintaining clear documentation for reproducibility and knowledge sharing is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for practical applications.
• Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle: data acquisition, preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and research.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML model development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney).
• Proficiency in Python, including PyTorch/TensorFlow and Hugging Face.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or multimodal AI.
• Preference for immediate joiners.

Good to Have:

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and custom pipeline development.
• Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, or vector databases.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
